The acoustical requirement limits noise levels within each area of the living spaces within dwellings. The building space and the Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings of the walls should comply with BC Building Codes (BCBC). We delivered a report, advising on how to limit the noise levels within each area of the dwelling units to conform to the requirements.
